Trans Iraq Bank

Trans Iraq bank for investment established on 19/01/2006 with a capital of 56,000,000,000.00 (Sixty five billion and five hundred million Iraqi Dinar, Central Bank of Iraq approve our banking business according to banks law number 94 for year 2004 since we start our banking business in 05/12/2006 and the bank  increase the capital in current year to be 264,000,000,000.00 (two hundred sixty four billion Dinar).

Iraq Noor Islamic Bank

Sama Baghdad Islamic Bank was established on 11/1/2016 under the company’s registration department letter No.588 with a capital of (100) billion IQD. Then the capital was increased to (250) billion IQD on 19/9/2016 under the company’s registration letter No.1/6/770, and the completion of the activity transformation procedure. Based on the decision of the board of directors of the Central Bank of Iraq No.97 of 2016, adopted in its session No. 1540 on 5/6/2016, approving the granting of the final license to Sama Baghdad Islamic Bank to practice banking, taking into account the Islamic Banks Act No.43 of 2015, the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing law No. 39 of 2015 according to their letter No. 9/8/10532 on 4/7/2016, approval was obtained to change the name  of the bank from ( Sama Baghdad Islaic Bank) to (Iraq Noor Iraq Islamic Bank) . Then the bank began its official business.
